• You are responsible for your own safety while walking. Follow traffic laws, be aware of your surroundings, and choose safe walking routes.
• You must provide accurate information about your physical profile and activity level.
• You may not share your account with others or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws.
• We may update or modify the app's features, program, or content at any time.
• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• Consult your doctor before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, joint problems, are pregnant, or have any other health concerns.
• Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any unusual discomfort.
• Calorie, pace, step, and elevation estimates are approximations based on general formulas and your device's sensors. They are not clinically precise measurements.
• WalkBrisk does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
• You assume all risk of injury from participating in any workout suggested by the app.

WalkBrisk and its creators are not liable for any injury, health issue, or damage that may result from using the app or following its workout suggestions. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
